Children in Pima County’s unorganized territories can attend schools in nearby districts by seeking open enrollment or a certificate of educational convenience (CEC) from the County School Superintendent’s office. This online tool allows you to upload registration documents, receive status updates, download/print confirmation documents, and withdraw students from the program at any time.
